Christy Rose, the founder of KBShimmer, combined her passion for pedicures and color together to create a niche nail lacquer line with unique polishes that aren't found at large retailers.

KBShimmer first became known for her crelly polishes, which are cream polishes with multi-colored holographic glitter throughout them. Within 2-3 coats the micro-sliced glitter will be perfectly arranged and distributed on every nail.

She didn't just stop there though! She went on to create the new big buzz today that are known as holographic (holo) nails. Funny how some trends can take several years to catch on. "Orchidding Me?" from the new Fall 2016 Collection was featured recently on POPSUGAR.com along with many other must-have holos.

KBShimmer came out with her first holographic nail polish in the Winter of 2013- three years ago! She came out with one called "Myth You Lots" (pictured below). This one is actually a hybrid between a holo and a multi-chrome- leading the way!

Just for demonstration: KBShimmer's "PT Young Thing" came out in the early Summer of 2014. This color is often duped off by other brands searching for similar effects. Such as Chanel's Le Vernis Nail Lacquer. KBShimmer's Summer 2014 Collection features many other linear holographic polishes that kick started this trend for multi-dimensional nails.
